Halloumi Salad Recipe


Together we are preparing a light salad in which halloumi stands out and shows itself. This halloumi cheese, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, goes very well with salads, sandwiches, and grilled vegetables. This time it is included in the salad, making it a perfect accompaniment to meat, chicken, and vegetable dishes.
We prepared a halloumi salad with the most functional and fewer ingredients, but you can increase its greenness and diversify it. You can fry the halloumi in thin rectangular slices if you wish or in cubes if you wish. Then come to the salad with halloumi, one of our most practical salad recipes.


Halloumi Salad Recipe

  • 1/2 bunch of arugula
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lettuce (small)
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 1/4 slice of lemon
  • 1/3 tea glass of olive oil
  • 100 grams of halloumi cheese



1Wash and dry all the greens. Then, finely chop it and put it in a bowl.


2 Meanwhile, slice the halloumi cheese to a thickness of at least 1 cm and put it in a pan without adding any oil. When you first put it, it will release its water. You let the water out, turn the other side. When it turns golden after about 2-3 minutes, remove it from the pan.

3 Mix the greens well by adding salt, pepper, pomegranate syrup, lemon juice, and olive oil.

4 First, take the greens on the plate, then place the halloumi cheese on it as you wish. Consume it with pleasure.
