Fried Kunefe Recipe

For the sherbet:
- 2.5 cups of water
- 2 glasses of granulated sugar
- 3-4 drops of lemon juice
- 400 grams of shredded wheat
- 250 grams of Kunefe cheese
- 120 grams of melted butter
To grease the pan:
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 70 grams of powdered pistachios

How to Make a Fried Kunefe Recipe?
For the sherbet:
Take the water and sugar into the pot. Let the sugar melt by mixing.
When the sugar melts and the water begins to boil, add the lemon.

Cut the kadayıf into small pieces with your hands. Please take it in a bowl.
Add the melted butter little by little. Blend it well.
Thinly slice your cheese.

Spread the remaining Kadayifs wholly covered.

Lubricate the pan again. Carefully transfer the Kunefe to the pan and fry the other side.
Give the warm syrup to the Kunefe. When the sherbet is absorbed, please remove it from the heat and transfer it to the plate.
