  • 250-gram chicken breast (four thinned pieces)
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 1 clove
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Riviera olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1/4 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 75 ml cream

It will be easier to wrap the chickens if you thin them or beat them at home. You can use canned red peppers or grilled red peppers because of the sour taste.

How to Make Chicken Wrap Recipe?

Cut the boneless fillet chicken breast into four equal parts and then thin each piece with the help of a meat pounder.

2Beat the egg in a large bowl. Put the breadcrumbs on a flat plate. First, leave the chicken pieces that you dipped in the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs aside.

Divide the mushrooms that you wiped with a damp cloth into four equal parts. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Cut the roasted red pepper into small cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a large-bottomed pan. Saute the mushrooms in the pan over high heat.

Dip a toothpick on them and let them stay in the form of a roll.

4 Heat a small amount of sunflower oil in a separate pan. The chicken wrap you have prepared, fry it over high heat, turning it upside down in between.

Take the tomato paste and cream in the saucepan. When you cook for 3-4 minutes and get a thick sauce, remove it from the stove.

Put the sauce you prepared on the plate. Please take out the toothpicks of the fried chicken and divide them into two equal parts. After placing it on the sauce, share it with your loved ones without keeping it hot.
