How to Make a Bulgur Chicken Closing Recipe?
Take the olive oil in a pressure cooker and fry the finely chopped onion until it turns pink. Add the shredded chicken and saute for about 5 minutes.
2 Then add the tomato paste and spices to the chicken. After mixing well, add the water.
Cover the pressure cooker lid. Once it starts to boil, cook it for about 20 minutes.
3While your chicken is cooking; Finely chop the peppers and set them aside. Peel the tomato and cut it into cubes, and set it aside. Put the bulgur you washed and strained in a heat resistant glass oven dish. Add the peppers and tomatoes that you chopped on top.
After the chicken is cooked, remove the pot’s air, open the lid and place the cooked chicken on the bulgur in the oven dish.
4 Pour all the water left in the pot over bulgur and bake in a preheated 220-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
After removing it from the oven, let it rest for a while and then serve hot.
